Appointed Director in July 2016, Richard is passionate about the convergence of design thinking, data and technology to create meaningful and commercial outcomes for businesses.
Previously Head of Media Services at Wunderman UK, Richard developed an early insight into the changing digital media landscape, and was inspired about the power of optimisation to deliver value back to businesses.
Richard’s focus at Wunderman-Bienalto is on the three pillars of customer experience: content, marketing automation and optimisation. He is also interested in how business can use people, processes and technology for digital transformation – recognising that the best customer experiences are reliant on a high degree of agility, speed to market and continual refinement.
Over the past 12 years, Richard has worked with many local and international brands, both client and agency side.
Richard has a degree in Engineering from the Auckland University of Technology.
